Acting as Practice lead and Unix Cloud SME in Commercial Banking business unit in Banking vertical. Participate in team meetings with Senior leadership to help improve business outcomes in different verticals of Operations. Work on high priority incidents through scheduled change control window in non-business hours to keep the business ongoing. Installation and management of ELK cluster and Elastic Search cluster with CCR (Cross-cluster replication) and other supported features.
Installation and management of Spark Server cluster and other supported features.
Build and configure Veritas cluster on Virtual servers with multisite and Roll swap enabled setup.
Managing Cloud Infrastructure using Terraform in AWS and GCP e.g., creating compute instances, VPC, SG, LB, S3 buckets, storage components via .tf files and recover infrastructure using. tfstate files.

Acting as an individual contributor for US based client and representing Infra Cloud Ops team. Ticket handling through Service Now fusion portal and JIRA for bug tracking, attending weekly calls with onsite Manager from client side and internal calls/meetings with functional manager and team.
Monitoring Linux and Windows servers using Nagios and graphite. Providing on-call support on weekends. This US based client provide full range of services, including financial and business advisory, tax and regulatory, and risk advisory services. Received Best performance star award for effective contribution in a team. Supporting Development and QA teams as per their requirements.
